As Phase 1 of the Spoolderwerk Masterplan, this headquarters complex for the insurance division of a large bank was completed in 2006. The office component is organized into 3 separate buildings, all of which are located over a support podium. The support podium contains parking for 400 cars and common areas, such as the restaurant, health club, meeting rooms and the central computer room.  The parking garage is located on the first two levels while the occupied common areas are located on the concourse level, offering an elevated view of the surrounding countryside and nearby Ijssel River.
