Villa St. Charles is a one story, 5000 sf private residence, positioned on a tree filled hill overlooking the Fox river. The application of  Geo thermal and Solar systems , in combination with the latest building technology , will result into a zero energy plus residence.

Construction of the Villa  started in December 2016 , and has been completed in April 2018.
