The program required a mixed used development consisting of corporate offices, hotel, leisure facilities and a residential component. This proposal consists of distinct urban blocks along a well landscaped avenue. This avenue is lined with shops, a restaurant and the main entrances of the different functions, parking is positioned one level below grade. The hotel with a roof terrace on the 7th floor overlooks the adjacent lake and shoreline.
