Studio SYM developed a design and construction strategy to help solve the current  Housing Shortage. The outcome of this process will result in housing units affordable for the low and middle class sector of the US population. This approach provides a short design time for the architectural and engineering components of the project. Efficiencies in construction is achieved by using  repetitive modules of various spatial and construction components.
