Our submission for the development of a vacated CTA site consists of a series of building blocks. These building blocks vary in height, mass and function. Visually anchoring the development stands a 6 story mixed-use apartment building, which is located on the corner of 95th street and S. State street. The height, density and massing of the various buildings decrease north towards 94th street. This allows for more outdoor space to be used for public green spaces and private gardens for the townhomes and walk-ups
